Organization
The Association was promoted by three partners with important skills and experience in complementary areas: Legal Sciences, economic and architectural and urban sciences. The vision "integrated and organic" of these three fields and their interdisciplinary projection in a global perspective, are the idea from which comes the Association and originates its same denomination, World – Law, Economics & Architecture.
The private - market enterprise - and the public are actually complex, ever changing, that W. - L.E.A. addresses. The research and development activities - monitored by Scientific Advisory Board, directed by Prof. Claudio Varrone, former Deputy President of the State Council, it is composed of ten members of clear and established fame from top Italian University, the manufacturing and industry, the banks and the economy, and the sector public administration - alongside the professional activity itself, carried out by the Association's organizational structure is divided into departments for materials.
The founding partners, Francesco Maria, Luigi and Giuseppe Gianluca Maria Esposito, are three brothers originally from Lauria, Basilicata.
Francesco Maria Esposito (1963), Honorary President, acts as an architect and urban planner since 1989. Already territorial planning at the University Jean Monnet of Bari, is the author of important books on urban science, the historical crisis of the XXI century, social change and global economic underway. Among them: Buildable common good, One, 2015; Beyond the crisisAa. Vv., Edited by M. Developmental Sustainability Scholar and author of numerous publications, in the volume Buildability common good - presented in April 2016 at the San Carlo Theater in Naples, at the Trento Economy Festival and at the Turin Book Fair - he carried out a detailed social, economic, urban and political analysis of the multiple causes that caused the global crisis of the 2007/2008, 
contributing to the ongoing debate by introducing a different way of analyzing and understanding crises, going to their roots, in order to plan effective and indispensable strategies for overcoming them. On a professional level he has worked for public administrations and private entities with extensive experience in architecture, urban planning, economic planning, spatial planning, furniture design, and with a long and structured experience of manager in private. It has performed major development programs, urban and extra-urban renewal, preservation and restoration of cultural heritage, innovative urban-building plans for public and private organizations, creating a best practice in the design and use of private sources, national and European level with which it has contributed to the advancement of areas and tourist and business activities in general. He played the difficult activities fundrasing at the service of many municipal governments and private entities, allowing a different approach to economic planning and the spatial planning and business development, leading them in the analysis and development processes.
Luigi Giuseppe Esposito (1966) is an economist with extensive expertise and structured 
in the field of business development and business organization, acquired in over thirty years at the service of SMEs on the Italian markets, European and Chinese. He was a consultant and advisor of companies operating in different sectors of production and para-public agencies activities, social health care, from the field of culture to the made in Italy, for years Judicial Authority CTU in real estate and bankruptcy procedures, already a member of a Board Member administration of public entities, with significant specialization in organization and restructuring.
In a long period of great financial stress and economic crisis, the last decade has witnessed many SMEs in processes aimed at maintaining the relaunch and repositioning on the Italian market and abroad, in areas and sectors: agri-food, industrial , tourism, real estate. It was involved in the economic and financial point of view 
medium and long-term strategic planning, not neglecting the inevitable in-depth study of potential financial services and functional to ordinary and extraordinary management with a continuous study of corporate finance. Under the same lens he has dedicated and dedicates a great deal of commitment to personal, welfare, social and health services and to the third sector, both in managerial management and in planning aimed at integrating existing services. President since 2015 of the UNERFA Consortium, European Union for Applied Research and Training, aimed at uniting public and private entities in the pursuit of objectives and activities of study, research, prevention and treatment in the context of social hardships of all kinds and species. President of AISFI, the Italian Association of Innovative Training Services, geared towards training especially in the socio-health sector, he has created a high-level training center in the latter sector, with the participation of important companies in the sector accredited and affiliated with the SSN.
Gianluca Maria Esposito (1971) is Professor of Administrative Law and 
Tax law at the Department of Social and Economic Sciences of the Sapienza University of Rome, former professor of the Faculty of Law of the University of Salerno. Author of hundreds of scientific publications and interventions at international and national conferences, lastly remember: Revenue Code. Since September 2018 he has been scientific director of the National School of Management promoted by the Sapienza University and the national Federmanager. With extensive and structured expertise in the private and public spheres, he has been practicing as a lawyer since 1997 in the areas of administrative law. Since 2003 he has been authorized to defend before the Court of Cassation and the higher courts. He has defended many public, national and local bodies, large companies, individuals, mixed companies, etc.
He was a consultant to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and other state entities (including the Authority for Public Contracts), he was president and member of important arbitration procedures. From 2002 to 2008 he was a director of the savings bank of the province of Viterbo. In the last twenty years he has also held top positions in important ministries. In 2004 he was a member of the mission structure for the large ones of the ministry of infrastructure and transport which. In 2007 he was advisor to the presidency of the council of ministers for reform and liberalization. In 2008 he was a consultant to the Ministry of the Environment. In 2009 he was Director General of the Ministry of Economic Development where he dealt with European planning, technological innovation, credit for SMEs; (2011) Director General of SMEs and Cooperative Enterprises. In 2013, on the proposal of the Council of Ministers, he was appointed by the President of the Republic as Head of the Department of Competitive Policies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
The three partners - Francesco M., Luigi Giuseppe and Gianluca M. Esposito - in 2014 promoted the establishment of the World - Law, Economics & Architecture Association with professional and cultural, research and study purposes, to face the complex transformations of the market. national and international, and the challenges of euro-unitary and national public policies. Thanks to the multidisciplinary nature of its skills, W - L.E.A. it turned out to be a suitable structure for grasping the professional and technical opportunities of a system, that of businesses and public administrations, which has become more complex than in the past and, in the last twenty years, has been constantly evolving. In particular, the organizational structure of W-L.E.A played an important role. founded on the business network model, open to national and international partners, and strongly inspired by the spirit of collaboration between professionals, scholars and managers.
The entrepreneurial vision has been constantly inspired by the creation of synergies, through partnerships concerning knowledge and scientific research in the sectors of interest for business development, and on this basis the alliance in the field between entrepreneurs and professionals, in the perspective of the "social value" of the economic initiative as a lever of well-being, growth and development, protected internally by art. 41 of the Constitution, and in Europe by the SBA. For the achievement of its cultural and research purposes, the Association makes use of the Scientific Committee which provides the addresses and gives impetus to activities reserved for knowledge and study.
For the provision of professional activities W.-L.E.A. makes use of the Departments of matter in the three reference areas, legal, economic and urban planning.
Through the latter, the Association provides assistance to institutional bodies, state, regional and local public administrations, research centers and universities, parks and national bodies for protected areas, public and private companies. It provides consulting services primarily in the areas of administrative law, assistance to companies, public credit and subsidized finance, technological innovation, research and training, planning for the development of the territory. The subject of public procurement and contracts, on the one hand, and that of environmental protection, landscape and renewable energy, on the other, represent fundamental cornerstones of legal activities. Assistance in the various emergencies and problems affecting the world of SMEs in accessing credit is the core business of economic and financial consultancy, in addition to more general services in terms of assistance in support processes for business growth. The government of the territory and the integration between urban planning, landscape and environmental protection interests, guide the assistance activity to the actors, public and private, of territorial policies.
