School of High Specialization in Legal Economics
Study approach
The organization of the courses is based on the conviction that specific attention to practice can be disregarded and if this were the case, any dissemination of professional knowledge would be missing the part capable of making any training project aimed at transferring skills concretely effective.
This is why during our courses the learners will have the opportunity to carry out in-depth exercises by sitting at the table with our experts until the complete implementation of the topics.
The practical modules will be more substantial for the aspects concerning litigation, reflections on public tenders and every area in which the transmission of experiences as well as knowledge is considered worthy of punctual exercises.
In this sense, the difference will be the adequate attention to the individual participant towards whom, where necessary, individual work will be done aimed at the certainty of professional autonomy following the course.
The school
The School is the culmination of long-term experiences in administrative, economic, tax and legal disciplines in the broadest sense, developed in the academic field, in the administrative field at the highest public and private levels and, finally, in the constant exercise of the professional activity.
With this interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach, with the coordination of experts and by co-opting top experts in rotation for each subject, the school aims to bring the training needs of the individual, whether a professional, a public official or manager of private companies, closer together with those who we care about the training and the transfer of our own experiences.
Training areas
The school offers courses in the juridical-economic macro areas and, in them, with a particular look at the issues of correlation between public and private.
The training areas:
-
Public procurement
-
Environment
-
Energy
-
Tax
-
Public and private finance
-
Management and control of public and private companies
Transversal issues will be taken into account in planning the courses, such as the in-depth analysis of litigation related to the various areas without neglecting the processes of community harmonization and community legislation.
Direction and Scientific Coordination of the courses
Given the diversification of the areas, the professional level of the teachers as well as the complexity of the subjects covered, each course will have a specific coordination and its own scientific direction in order to guarantee complete dissemination autonomy, albeit in compliance with the prerogatives and vocation of the school.
